Learning Outcomes

1.	Students will learn about inflammatory diseases and ulcerative lesions of the oral region.
2.	They will be able to classify developmental disorders in the tongue, gingiva, and oral mucosa.
3.	They will be able to classify benign and malignant lesions of the oral mucosa.
4.	They will be able to explain odontogenic tumors, head-neck-jaw cysts, salivary gland lesions, and infectious pathologies.
5.	They will be able to identify lesions that systemic diseases may cause in the oral mucosa and make differential diagnosis.
