Objectives of the Course

To give detailed basic ınformation about history of endodontics, anatomy of teeth, endodontic access cavities, endodontic ınstruments, chemical and mechanical root canal preparation, ultrastructure, histology, embryology, physiology, biochemistry, and pathology of pulp are given.

To give detailed basic ınformation about history of endodontics, anatomy of teeth, endodontic access cavities, endodontic ınstruments, chemical and mechanical root canal preparation, ultrastructure, histology, embryology, physiology, biochemistry, and pathology of pulp.

1.To understand the endodontic access cavities, endodontic instruments, chemical and mechanical root canal preparation of the pulp.
2.To have information about ultrastructure, histology, embryology, physiology, biochemistry, and pathology of pulp.
3.To have informationabout the endodontic access cavities, endodontic instruments, chemical and mechanical root canal preparation of the pulp.
4.To learn the principles of root canal shaping and the methods for determining working length.
5.To recognize and learn about endodontic instruments.
6.To understand the importance of irrigation in endodontic treatment and to learn about current irrigation solutions.
