The aim of this course is to enable students to learn memory-enhancing techniques, improve attention and concentration skills, and effectively use methods for encoding, storing, and recalling information. The course aims to increase learning efficiency, particularly in health sciences education where extensive theoretical knowledge is required.
This course covers the basic mechanisms of memory, learning and recall processes, attention and concentration techniques, visual memory methods, mind mapping, association techniques, memory palace method, accelerated learning strategies, academic information management, and the use of memory techniques in exam preparation. Students perform practical memory-enhancement exercises and integrate learning strategies into their personal study plans.
