Objectives of the Course

To ensure that students gain advanced knowledge regarding examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and multidisciplinary treatment planning for complex clinical cases belonging to different disciplines that they may encounter in dental clinical practice, and to develop their skills in determining treatment approaches in accordance with evidence-based dentistry principles.

Course Content

This course covers understanding clinical cases, generating evidence-based solutions for dental problems, and deciding on the most appropriate patient-centered treatment method. The process begins with anamnesis, clinical, and radiographic examinations, and continues with the diagnosis, prognosis, and multidisciplinary treatment planning of periodontal, prosthetic, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, restorative, and orthodontic cases.
