Objectives of the Course

To provide information about early intervention services and their operation.

Course Content

This course covers the definition, aims, and services of early intervention, the stages of early intervention, teamwork in early intervention, developmental appropriateness programs, individualized family service plans, family-centered practices, activity-based approaches, the natural environment in early intervention, transition and inclusion in early intervention, philosophies and developmental theories in early intervention, and developments in early intervention in Turkey and around the world.
