Although early childhood education practices in different countries today share similar characteristics, it is possible to encounter different practices due to the different socio-cultural and economic conditions of those countries. The aim of this course is to introduce students enrolled in the child development undergraduate program to early childhood education practices in Türkiye and in different countries around the world. The goal is to broaden the perspectives of students in this program regarding early childhood education.
Early childhood education systems in Türkiye and various countries around the world, including Germany, the USA, China, Finland, France, South Korea, the UK, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Italy, New Zealand, Russia, and Norway, have been examined.
