Objectives of the Course

Give students a solid grasp of the markets and politics surrounding energy use.

Introduction: Definition of Energy, Conservation of Energy, Forms of Energy, Energy Resources and Classification of Energy, Human History of Energy, Nuclear Power, Renewable Energy Sources, Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving, Economic Analysis of Investment Projects.
