Objectives of the Course

To have knowledge and skills about the basic concepts and principles of human relations, communication theories, models and skills.

Course Content

Definition of communication, types, interpersonal relations, positive and negative communication, emotional intelligence and humor in interpersonal relations and communication, reliability, effective presentation techniques, conflict resolution.
