Recognizing, evaluating, criticizing the open and closed area recreation services and areas within the university campuses, producing solutions against problems and preventive factors

1.	Explains the concepts of parks and open spaces, their historical development, and recreational functions.
2.	Analyzes the design principles of parks and open spaces by considering the needs of different user groups (children, elderly, disabled, etc.).
3.	Evaluates the principles of environmental, social, and economic sustainability in the planning of public recreation areas.
4.	Plans appropriate site selection and arrangements for recreational activities in open spaces.
5.	Develops solution proposals regarding safety, accessibility, and user satisfaction in parks and open spaces.
6.	Takes an active role in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in the implementation of open space recreation practices.
