Week 1 - Theoretical
Registration to the swimming facility and swimming videos presentation.
Week 2 - Theoretical
Explanation of facility divisions usage rules, pool deck behaviour rules and swim suit rules.
Week 3 - Theoretical & Practice
Explanation and application of pre-swim land warming-up activities
Week 4 - Practice
Clinging to the edge of the pool under water, eye-opening, breathing exercises and self-foot shot.
Week 5 - Practice
Freestyle and backstroke, pool side or kick board breath-stroke-kick coordination learn and boost exercises
Week 6 - Practice
Freestyle and backstroke, pool side or kick board breath-stroke-kick coordination learn and boost exercises
