To teach the basic techniques of massage theoretically and practically, to give the students the ability to apply the basic manipulation techniques used in massage correctly at the end of the course.
The history of massage includes physiological effects, indications and contraindications, materials used in massage and basic manipulation techniques (eflörage, petrisaj, vibration, tapotman, friction). In addition, massage treatments in sports are mentioned.
