Objectives of the Course

To teach the basic techniques of massage theoretically and practically, to give the students the ability to apply the basic manipulation techniques used in massage correctly at the end of the course.

Course Content

The history of massage includes physiological effects, indications and contraindications, materials used in massage and basic manipulation techniques (eflörage, petrisaj, vibration, tapotman, friction). In addition, massage treatments in sports are mentioned.

Learning Outcomes
1.Understanding the importance of physical education an in general massage and according to parts of the body gains of massage related to sport
2.Be able to improve sports massage knewlwdge
3.maneuvers in sports massege, theeffects of massage
4. To know the characteristics of the massager (clothing, hygiene, communication, etc.) and to gain the habit of appropriate behavior.
5.Gain the ability to apply the basic manipulation techniques used in massage correctly
