Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to make general definitions about management science, to provide information about the historical development of management science, to explain the concepts of management and manager, and to explain classical, neoclassical, modern and postmodern management theories.

Course Content

Information on the scientific foundations and development history of the concept of management is given and the four basic stages of scientific management are explained together with their theories.
