Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with the ability to represent the institution and gain knowledge of protocol in official environments, and to provide them with the ability to apply this knowledge as behavior among people they interact with in their professional life and in society.

Course Content

Examining the basic definition and historical development of protocol; applying social behavior protocol; applying protocol in institutions, organizations and corporate events.

1.Explain the concepts and rules of social behavior and protocol.
2.Knows the elements and factors that constitute social behavior.
3.Explain the rules of respect, etiquette and courtesy that must be followed in business and social life.
4.Lists the private, social and official visits that should be made in social life and can explain the basic principles and rules that should be followed in these visits.
5.Knows the areas and topics to which the protocol is applied and can explain the basic principles and fundamentals of the protocol.
