Not paying attention to the subject and ignoring, Negative attitude towards the speaker, Half-listening or pretending to listen, Trying to write down everything told, Passive listening

1.Knows and explains the importance of active listening and note taking.
2.Knows and explains the importance of preparing for exams by taking regular notes and understanding information.
3.Listens actively to the lectures and can use note-taking techniques.
4.Can take notes using appropriate techniques in meetings such as conferences, congresses and workshops.
5.Understands what he/she listens to effectively and can summarize it in a descriptive way.

Note-taking goals, learning objectives, the benefits of taking notes, listening, forgetting.

Note-taking methods (Outline method, Cornell method, Mind Map method, flow method) Cornelll introduction and application example of the note-taking techniques.
