Understanding the effective management techniques of human resources within the business environment in the organization. In this context, they will better understand the function of human function in organizations and the evaluation of Human Resource Management within the scope of systems, procedures and activities, and ethical practices during the management of employees. Strategic Human Resource Management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, motivation of employees, rewarding techniques, interview methods will be covered within the scope of the course.
