Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to analyze the effects of digital transformation and transformation technologies on working life.

Course Content

The concept of digitalization and the explanation of related concepts will be tried to be explained by considering digital transformation technologies.

1.	Knows the concept of management and the elements of management.
2.	Knows and interprets the meaning of scientific management, the theories of managerial thinkers, the development of Turkish public administration.
3.	Comprehends the structure of bureaucratic organizations, new management techniques, and developments in management science.
4.	They are people who have basic computer usage knowledge and have knowledge about human resources and information systems used in labor relations and have the ability to use these software.
5.	Having numerical and statistical research skills and thinking ability, able to predict the consequences of decisions to be taken and make correct predictions, consider cause-effect relationships, have an analytical mindset and develop a strategic approach.
