To improve professional foreign language skills, to learn scientific terms used in the field of dairy technology, to improve reading, understanding and writing skills of scientific articles, to teach how to do literature research.
Within the scope of the course, information will be given about how to research scientific literature and scientific terms used in the field of dairy technology. Articles published in dairy technology and related fields will be read and translated during the course.
