Introduction to irrigation schemes, the concept of monitoring and evaluation, performance evaluation and performance indicators, data acquisition and preparing the monitoring and evaluation program, evaluation of water use efficiency, physical efficiency, environmental, economical and institutional efficiency, interpretation of monitoring and evaluation results
