Objectives of the Course

To teach students how to utilize information technologies (DSS, etc.) for data collection, processing, and strategic decision-making in drought management processes

Course Content

Drought monitoring systems, GIS integration, data mining in early warning systems, and organizational decision support mechanisms during crisis periods
