The objective of this course is to give information about laboratory diagnosis of mastitis.
General characteristics of specific mastitis agents which include Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Coliform group microorganisms; morphological, cultural, physiological, biological, biochemistriycal, and serological tests for the identification of mastitis.
