Education System
The duration of the Second cycle education program in less than four semesters. The program not less than a total of 21 local credit at least seven courses, one seminar, special topics, thesis and dissertation defence occurs. An second cycle education program course consists of compulsory and elective courses. The total ECTS credits are 120.

Specific Admission Requirements
Applicants to Master programme must be graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Arts and Science, Faculty of Fisheries, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy and Genetics and must have national or international diploma (which has a certificate of accreditation from The Council of Higher Education) from at least 4 (four) years faculty or a college. Admission of students to Doctor Of Phylosophy’s programme will be evaluated according to education and training regulations of The Council of Higher Education and of University of Adnan Menderes

The aim of this Master programme is educating qualified personal specifically for pathological, morphological, backgrounds, pathogenesis and diagnosis of the infectious diseases such as bacterial, viral, micotic parasitic infection and noninfectious diseases, that are crucially significant for the economy and public health, is to enable students to acquire the ability to conduct academic research leading to the acquisition, evaluation and interpretation of information.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Measurement and evaluation is consist of quizzes homework, midterm and final exams. Exams consist of mid-term, final examinations. Student must continue 70 % of theoretical lectures and 80 % of practical lectures in order to attend final exams.
Graduation Requirements
Students who have succesfully defended his/her thesis, graduate from the masters programme. After completing the requirements mentioned in the main web page of Institutes of Healty Sciences, student will be eligable for graduation from the masters programme as a MSc.
