Objectives of the Course

This course is designed to help researchers write a report of their completed or draft studies in English. In this course, students prepare a research article for publication.

Course Content

This is a writing course. Writing is important in educational research. It is important to report the findings of our research in an article format. Beginning with a course paper, conference paper, pilot study, or another slice of work that they have already done, they will learn to frame, revise, and edit a scholarly article for submission to a journal. In the course, we will read and analyze published research; practice collaboration and peer review, and engage in intensive revision and editing. At the end of the course, as an outcome of this course each student will send his/her research article to a journal publishing in English to be published.
