Course Content

Discussion of the terminology related terms; Conservatism and Change in the Ottoman State and Society in properties of the structure, the military and non-discrimination; grooming patterns and organization of production since the dissolution of the system, reforms before Nizam- ı Cedit; Movements in the Tanzimat Period, language and thought; Constitutional years of Ottoman Identity: Islamic Identity, the Republican Turkish Identity, Nation State and the revolutions, the Republican principles of issue preservation, progress towards democracy, society and the individual's training and equipment.
