Administrative oversight is carried out in two ways: administrative and judicial. Administrative oversight can be conducted by institutions such as the Public Ombudsman Institution, the Court of Accounts, and the Turkish Human Rights and Equality Institution, or it can be carried out by the administration itself through hierarchical and administrative supervision methods within the scope of general administrative oversight. Judicial oversight is carried out through annulment lawsuits and full judicial review lawsuits in administrative courts.
