Objectives of the Course

Ensure their maintenance in accordance with the ethical rules during the midwifery practice, grasp the basic concepts and approaches in the field of medical ethicsm and understand the basic concepts of forensic medicine obstetrics malpractice legal size and be able to explain the legal responsibilities of midwives.

Course Content

The definition of ethics, ethical concepts and principles, codes of ethics, and ethical issues in obstetric gynecology practice, legal liability, and medical malpractice encountered in gynecology and obstetrics and legal responsibilities of nurses and midwives.

5.To be able to explain the legal responsibility of health professionals
6.To be able to understand the legal dimensions of midwifery in the application error.
