The aim of the course is to enable undergraduate students to develop solutions to public life problems by understanding their new orientations in public administration and their opinions and thoughts in the background.
Topics include new public administration, new public management, governance, post-modernism and public administration, administrative reform transfer, public benefit, performance management, total quality, e-government, ethics and public administration, local governments and local autonomy
