Acquisition of updated information about the international developments in the field of Intellectual Property Law. The ability of the students to make judgments on the legal remedies they may apply in case of violation of the rights of the writers and their related rights.
Basic Concepts such as Works and Types of Works, Rights from Work Ownership, Types of Contracts Related to These Rights, and Teaching the Recent Developments in Intellectual Property Law in the Frame of Rights Violations.
