Objectives of the Course

Some of the food blogs, which have a place in Social Media, have managed to gain a significant number of followers. By examining these blogs, which have reached a level that can affect the demand and supply in the sector, it will enable to reveal trends.

Course Content

It is aimed that students will have information about understanding and interpreting food blogs in social media in food and beverage businesses in line with the knowledge they have acquired at the end of their education.
