Objectives of the Course

To explain the concepts of employment and unemployment, To analyze the problem of unemployment in Turkey and in the world, To discuss the policies of reducing unemployment

Defining to employment/unemployment-related concepts; Labour Markets and Charecteristics; Theoretical background of Employment and Unemployment Concept, Classical Economics;Employment and Unemployment in Keynesian Economics; Neoclassical Economics, Constitutional Economics; Production Relations and Employment; Microeconomic Analysis of Employment and Unemployment; Macroeconomic Analysis of Employment and Unemployment;Employment and Unemployment in the World; Employment and Unemployment in Turkey
