Objectives of the Course

To understand the national-international procedure for organic aquaculture and also determination of procedure for species based organic aquaculture.

Course Content

Basic principles of organic aquaculture, legal procedures and main properties of site for organic aquaculture, transition periods for cultured species, main criteria for broodstock, parallel culture, requirements for fish welfare, characteristics of organic food and organic culture conditions for different species will be described in detail.
