Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to present detailed information and analysis methods for Soil – Structure interactions. The assessment of how the codes take consideration of the Soil – Structure Interaction along with application methods and simplified approaches.

Course Content

Presenting types of soil modelling in literature, types of structure modelling in literature and understanding their differences regarding the inputs and outcomes. Providing details for Soil structure interactions for various types of structures and soils with different behavioral aspects.

5.To be able to perform a linear and non-linear analysis considering the interaction
