Objectives of the Course

Ensure that children have information about what to do if they are found to be infringing and deprived of rights.

Course Content

The history of children's rights, the rights of the child in terms of rights, the family, the state and other institutions will focus on tasks falling.

Learning Outcomes
1.Critically analyzes the fundamental sources, principles, and conceptual framework of child law from national and international legal perspectives.
2.Evaluates the rights recognized in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and related international instruments and relates them to legal practices.
3.Interprets the relationship between parental custody, parental responsibility, and the state's obligation to protect children from a child-rights-based perspective.
4.Critically evaluates legal regulations concerning children's rights to freedom of thought, religion and conscience, privacy, access to information, health, and education.
5.Analyzes cases of child neglect and abuse within the framework of children's rights and child protection law and develops appropriate protective and supportive intervention recommendations.
