Giving comprehensive information about the play.

Course Content

Definition of play, its history, classification, advantages and advantages, play theories, play stages, effect of child's development, definition and importance of play materials, positive effects on development, history, classification, properties, play and toy preferences, toy safety.

1.Critically analyzes the historical development, major theories, and classifications of play and relates them to child development.
2.Evaluates the contributions of play to cognitive, language, motor, social-emotional, and self-care development based on current scientific evidence.
3.Selects and evaluates appropriate play activities, toys, and play materials by considering children's developmental characteristics, needs, and individual differences.
4.Designs play materials and play environments that support children's developmental domains while adhering to play and toy safety principles.
5.Develops evidence-based activities, projects, and intervention proposals for play-based learning and developmental practices.
