Objectives of the Course

This course aims that to teach the student methods and approaches to make them able to evaluate investment projects of the businesses and the tourism businesses.

Course Content

Investment concept (micro and macro view), characteristics of tourism business investments, cash flows, time value of money, methods to evaluate investment projects, risk and uncertainity concepts.
