This course aims to provide information about information security policies, strategies, planning, models, and mechanisms for confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the aspect of management in business life. This cours does not only focus on computers, IT systems, technology or IT security but also presents topics including “information security” and its management aspects in business.

It’s to be a basis for all students who will work in Tourism Management or other branches in today’s professional life and should know; how information security is applied in management, how organizational needs match with security needs, how supply chain management is integrated with security, how business strategies cope with security strategies, how risks are analyzed, minimized and managed, how IT or informational processes are aligned with business processes, how professionals should encounter & cope with all threats, aspects of information security.
