The aim of this course to enable students to understand behavioral dimensions in certain categories (shopping, complaining, timing, tipping, bargaining, interaction, food and beverage behaviors and etc.) in an intercultural context.
By emphasizing the importance of using qualitative and quantitative research methods in cross-cultural studies; holiday decision making, information seeking, shopping, tipping, bargaining, and complaining behaviors, and tourist experience, timing, tourist-tourist, tourist-tourism officer interactions will be examined in the light of literature within the scope of this course
