Objectives of the Course

Aims in this course to provide to students practical skills on information gained in the Pediatric Nursing I course

This course includes the nursing practice at the primary health care and education centers.

1.To evaluate the Healthy child development.
2.To distinguish normal and abnormal development of specifications according to the developmental stages of children.
3.To determine the requirements for protecting and improving the health of children and their families with holistic approach.
4.To plan determined that the child and family care practices in order to protect the health and development and to support the participation of parents.
5.To develop child’s and parents’ health care plans, and to support the participation of parents.
6.To determine the health education for needs of children and families.
7.To educate effectively to children and their families.
8.To cooperate with colleagues and other disciplines.
