Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to give knowledge and gain skills to students on children’s health protection and development and their families’.

Course Content

This course includes the common acute and chronic diseases in childhood stages, pain management, determination of holistic care needs of children and families on the system, planning and practice nursing care.

2.To determine the requirements according to age period, according to the holistic care of children and family-centered care approach.
3.To develop solutions for the health problems that occurred in children.

5.To analyze services conducted jointly with other health disciplines.
