The objective of this course is to enable students to identify the core operational processes carried out at incoming travel agencies and to understand how these processes are tracked through automation software. As part of the course, students will learn about hotel contracts, reservations, flight information, transfers, hospitality, tour organization, car rentals, airline ticket sales, and return transfers within an integrated operational framework.
