Objectives of the Course

In order to achieve a competitive advantage, it is necessary for the students to gain the necessary skills in order to realize the management of business processes that will enable them to become more productive by taking advantage of internal and external learning opportunities.

Course Content

Introduction to process management. Organizational structures and processes. Iso 9001 and process management. Processes in efqm model. Process-oriented problems. Classification and hierarchy of processes. Elements of the process. Defining a new process. Process performance measurement. Targeted scorecard in performance tracking. Documentation of processes. Improvement of processes.

1.At the end of the course the student; Knows the basic concepts of process management.
2.Explain what can be a process by learning the properties of the process.
3.They can structure the activities in the enterprises as a process and determine the key processes of an enterprise.

5.Solve the problems encountered in production processes.
