The aim of the Work Psychology course is to enable students to understand working life from psychological, social, and organizational perspectives, manage their career planning processes consciously, and effectively cope with individual and professional challenges they may encounter in the workplace. The course also aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in communication, teamwork, motivation, leadership, stress management, work-life balance, and professional ethics, while helping them develop the awareness and competencies required to adapt to the changing world of work.
This course covers the fundamental concepts of work psychology, the changing nature of working life, career planning and career choice processes, job search methods, job interviews, workplace adaptation, organizational culture, workplace communication and human relations, teamwork, motivation, leadership, stress management, psychological resilience, work-life balance, business ethics, professional values, digital work environments, and contemporary approaches related to the future of work.
