The Investment and Project Evaluation course aims to improve students' investment project preparation and evaluation skills. The main topics examined within the scope of the course are; Investment and project concepts, evaluation of economic conditions before investment, technical and financial studies and evaluation methods.
Investment and Project Concepts, Investment Project Types, Investment Planning, Stages of the Investment Project, Scope of the Investment Project, Market Analysis, Establishment Location Selection, Economic, Technical and Financial Analysis, Risk Analysis, Investment Valuation, Investment Valuation Methods, General Evaluation.
