It aims to help patients and their families identify, implement and evaluate the care services they need in the environment they live in.

| 1. | Evaluates the health status of the elderly individual and identifies basic care needs. |
| 2. | Performs care practices that support the daily living activities of the elderly individual. |
| 3. | Identifies the care needs of individuals with endocrine, oncological, digestive, and musculoskeletal system diseases and provides appropriate care. |
| 4. | Records observations related to the care process and reports them to the relevant healthcare personnel. |
