The aim is to enable students to identify the spiritual care needs of elderly individuals and their families, and to provide them with theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the fundamental concepts and principles of spiritual care services.
This course covers the spiritual dimension of the human being and the content of the concept of spirituality, spiritual needs in the elderly, spiritual care and spiritual support, the relationship between spirituality and religion, the spiritual care process, and examples of spiritual care practices.
