Objectives of the Course

Learning kitchen organization, design, and equipment in the mass catering industry; learning menu planning; learning hygiene and sanitation in mass catering systems; learning the presentation of mass-produced meals.

Course Content

The course includes educational activities focused on balanced nutrition and the consumption of ready-made foods under healthy conditions; its curriculum covers the properties and varieties of raw materials and fillers used in ready-made meals, as well as the production techniques for various canned ready-made dishes such as *dolma*, *sarma*, and *pilaki*.
