Objectives of the Course

Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to gain a modern perspective on an integrated waste management approach to decision makers, producers and disposers within the framework of new waste management theories and practices shaped by rapidly developing technological opportunities by questioning the social perception of waste.

Course Content

Definitions of environment and waste, types of waste, definition of recycling, recyclable materials, non-recyclable materials, recycling methods, evaluation of garbage, the importance of recycling and its ecological effects.
