It aims to understand consumer behaviors and the factors that affect these behaviors. Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to learn the concepts of consumption and consumer and to understand consumer models.
It covers consumption and consumer-related concepts, consumer behavior and influencing factors, consumers' purchasing decision processes and decision-making styles.
