The aim of the Diversity Management course is to develop students' skills in understanding, accepting, managing and working in cooperation with diversity and differences and to gain competence in creating an inclusive working environment.
Diversity Management is a course that aims to provide students with the understanding and skills on how to manage diversity in business and society. This course teaches students how to interact across a variety of diversity domains, such as different cultures, values, language, gender, age and ability, to demonstrate understanding and fair behavior, and to draw strength from diversity. It also provides students with knowledge on how to manage diversity in teamwork, communication and conflict management skills, inclusive leadership, equitable policies and equity. The Diversity Management course aims to train students to be empathetic, collaborative and fair individuals who are sensitive to cultural and social diversity.
