The main objective of the "Conflict and Stress" course is to introduce students to the basic concepts, theories and skills of conflict and stress management. By learning conflict resolution strategies and stress reduction techniques, students will be able to apply them more effectively in both their personal and professional lives. This course aims to enable students to become more resilient to challenges, communicate more effectively with others and manage conflict more effectively.
The course "Conflict and Stress" deals with conflict and stress management issues from a broad perspective. The conflict section includes types of conflict, conflict theories, conflict resolution strategies and communication skills. The stress section covers sources of stress, stress theories, physical and psychological effects of stress, and stress reduction techniques. In addition, the course also examines the impact of conflict and stress on the workplace and personal life.
