1.Explains the fundamental concepts and types of scientific research and the stages of the research process.
2.Defines a research problem and formulates research objectives, questions, and/or hypotheses.
3.Selects an appropriate research design (quantitative/qualitative/mixed) and plans sampling and data collection instruments.
4.Applies ethical principles and academic integrity in data collection and cites sources appropriately.
5.Evaluates data using basic analysis techniques and reports and interprets the findings.
